All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. No Minimum Order - All goods purchased must be for resale for adult use. California residents are required to mail or fax us a copy of a valid California State resale license with first order. We request a resale license number from businesses in other states. International orders must meet additional terms shown below.

    We can receive email and, web shopping cart and fax orders 24 hours per day. When using these methods please include an email address or phone number where we can reach you during our standard business hours in case we have any questions about your order. For website online orders, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order automatically. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us immediately.

    Important: The shopping cart will not be saved when you leave this website, please complete your order or print for your records.

     

    • TURNAROUND TIME – All of our jewelry is handcrafted. Most of our pieces ship within 1-5 business days after your order is placed, however, in some cases shipping could take up to 10 business days. Once your order is on its way, a notification email will be sent to you. If you need your order sooner, please email us at sonias@sosiedesigns.com and we can give you more details on when to expect your order.
    • AVAILABILITY/INACCURACIES - We strive to keep our website updated with our inventory levels and pricing. However, there is no guarantee all information will be current. Our inventory levels and pricing can be inaccurate due to data errors, fluid inventory, and other factors.
    • BACKORDERS – Out of stock items may be backordered. You will be charged the current price on the date of shipment of your backordered items.
    • PRICE CHANGES – Our products are made from gold or silver alloys. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice to correct errors or adjust for currency fluctuations.
    • VOLUME DISCOUNT – All our prices are wholesale. For discounts on large quantities of individual items, please contact us at sonias@sosiedesigns.com for further details.
    • COLOR ACCURACY – We do our best to maintain true to life color accuracy with all of our product photos. However, due to discrepancies in computer monitors, we cannot guarantee that your screen will reflect our product with true colors.

    We are closed for all major US holidays. Please plan your ordering accordingly.

     

     

    PAYMENT METHODS top

     

     

     

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We do not accept COD option at this time.

    Your card will be charged at the time of shipment for the contents of the parcel. You are not charged for out of stock or backorder items.

    Credit card payments - We must have the name that appears on the card, the billing address, and the 3-digit Security Code number found on the back of the card in order to process charges. We reserve the right to request additional documentation on new accounts or regarding suspicious changes.

    We normally ship using USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise requested. Our shipping cost includes third party insurance and will handle any loss or damage claims. We cannot ship replacements for lost merchandise without payment.

    Unclaimed or return-to-sender parcels will be assessed a 10% restocking fee, plus shipping charges.

    We reserve the right to require a signature waiver document in order to send your package via US Mail.

    RETURNS POLICY top

      

     

    ALL PHONE, FAX, ONLINE, AND TRADESHOW SALES ARE FINAL – NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES, AND NO REFUNDS.

    • INCORRECT ITEMS - Great care is taken in verifying your order. In the event that you receive the wrong items, please notify us immediately (within 5 business days), otherwise we cannot accept your claim. It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify the order upon arrival.
      • Goods must be in original, unworn condition and with all the tags and packaging attached. Tarnished and used goods will not be accepted.
      • Goods must be safely packed in a box or heavily padded mailer to protect the merchandise. We do not accept goods damaged in return shipping.
      • Goods must be accompanied by customer number, invoice number, and date of purchase. A copy of the invoice is very helpful.
      • Replacement items will be shipped and any price difference will be credited or charged accordingly.  
    • DAMAGED ITEMS – We pride ourselves in offering the highest quality jewelry. If you receive any damaged items please notify us immediately (within 5 business days), otherwise we cannot accept your claim. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects.

    o    This policy does not include items which are not defective but rather exhibit minor variations typical of handmade products.

     

    o    In order to process your claim we require that you complete the insurance form: _____________

     

    o    Before shipping your item, we may require that you send us a photograph of the damaged item for verification.

     

    o    Once your damaged item is received and approved, any replacement items will be shipped or credited.

    • MISSING ITEMS – Great care is taken in pulling, verifying, and packaging your order. If there are any missing items, please notify us immediately (within 5 business days), otherwise we cannot accept your claim. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure all the items are verified.
      • In order to process your claim we require that you complete the insurance form: _____________ 
      • Once your claim is approved by the third party insurance, any replacement items will be shipped or credited.

    • LOST SHIPMENTS – All orders are insured through a third party insurance. We will file the insurance claim and process your replacement or refund once the claim is approved. Insurance claim investigation and approval timeframe will vary on a case-by- case basis.

      • Once your claim is approved by the third party insurance, any replacement items will be shipped or credited.

    PRODUCT VARIANCE top

      

     

    As each jewelry pieces is handcrafted, expect subtle variations in color, texture, and size. These unique variations make our jewelry truly one of a kind!

    ·         Please note that the following product variances are within normal manufacturing parameters. You may return any items according to our Returns Policy; however, these conditions will not be considered defects.

    o    Hand cast metal items will vary in weight and thickness by approximately 10%.

    o    Tarnish and patina are naturally occurring by-products resulting from metals reactions with the air. Many environmental factors contribute to the speed of these processes. Tarnish can be removed with readily available metal cleaners.

    o    Gold-Filled finish colors will vary due to the different finishing processes used by manufacturers.

     

    o    We hand-pick all of our gemstones and they will naturally vary to some degree in color, texture, size and shape.

    INTERNATIONAL ORDERS top

     

    All normal terms apply to international orders. However, there are also the following additions:

    $250 minimum order. Please note that Canadian and Puerto Rican customers are not subject to additional minimum order amount.

    All international customers including Canada and Puerto Rico are responsible for the applicable importing duties, VAT, brokerage fees, and taxes in their home countries. We recommend that customers consult with local customs brokers prior to placing a first order. Customs will not allow you to refuse payment after items have cleared, even if you decide to return goods.

    PAYPAL - We accept verified PAYPAL payment. We reserve the right to request additional documentation.

    Actual prices may differ from published website prices, catalogs and line sheets if there are extreme fluctuations in the prices of gold and silver.   

    CHILDREN’S JEWELRY STATEMENT AND PROP 65 WARNING top

     

     

    Components in our catalog and on our website are not intended for use for children under the age of 12. Raw materials used in our collections may contain varying small amounts of lead and should not be included in children’s goods without further testing. Sterling silver is the only material we carry that is exempt from federal lead testing requirements for children’s goods. Also, jewelry components may present choking hazards to very small children under the age of 6 and are particularly inappropriate in products for that age group.

    Clients who choose to use our goods for children’s products against our advice are solely responsible for adherence to state and federal laws on testing, disclosure, and product labeling.
