We offer artist bio card with wholesale order upon request.

Orders will be shipped as complete as possible and we will notify you of any back orders or delays.

A $25.00 fee will be charged for each returned checks.

Great care is taken in packing and verifying your order. If there?s any damages/loss please notify us immediately or within 5 business days or items cannot be returned or exchanged. Merchandise must be in original packaging.

All sales are final and no returns or exchanges once the items are shipped unless defective. We reserve the right to inspect defective products prior to exchanges as long as you notify us within 5 business days upon receipt of the items. No exchanges in style, color, or sizes. Items that are damaged or defective at the time of the receipt can be exchanged for same identical items, provided we are notified by email, fax or phone within 5 business days of the receipt of the items. This policy does not include items which are not defective, but rather exhibit minor variations typical of handmade products.

All retail and tradeshow sales are final. No returns or exchanges. No exceptions.
Actual prices may differ from published website prices/catalogs/line sheets if there are extreme fluctuations in the prices of silver.

We normally ship using USPS Mail (unless otherwise requested). Shipping cost plus insurance will be charged.

We accept payment for international orders via credit card, Paypal (Verified Paypal accounts only), Western Union, or wire transfer (a processing fee of $10 will be added to all wire transfer orders).
If you are using an American Express card (from any country) or a Visa/Mastercard card that is issued in Canada, Germany, Puerto Rico, UK, or USA, we will ask you to fax us the authentication documents outlined below.
If you will be using a Visa or MasterCard issued in a country other than Canada, Germany, Puerto Rico, UK, or USA, please fax to us the following when placing your first order:

1) front and back of your credit card
2) picture identification
3) first page of your credit card bill with your name, address and the card number visible. You can black out the card balance and specific transactions- we just need to match your name, address and card number.

Please feel free to place your order at the same time that you fax us payment verification. We will process and ship your order as soon as we have verified your payment information. Please note that we are only able to ship to your authenticated billing address.
Please note that we cannot be responsible for import tariffs, customs fees, or shipping delays due to international shipping, and if a customer refuses shipment for any reason we will deduct any actual shipping, customs and other costs incurred by us from any refund that is given.
